VIVITÉ® ExfoPeel

Charleston Aesthetic Laser Center is pleased to offer the VIVITÉ® ExfoPeel, which combines the mechanical exfoliating benefits of VIVITÉ®  Exfoliating Facial Cleanser with the chemical exfoliating benefits of VIVITÉ® Glycolic Chemical Peel.

The ExfoPeel is tolerated by almost all skin types and allows for the deep penetration of antioxidants down to the dermal layer of the skin.

Why do we use the VIVITÉ® ExfoPeel?

VIVITÉ® skin care formulations are based on exclusive GLX Technology TM, a unique fusion of a glycolic compound and natural antioxidants.

The glycolic compound in GLX TechnologyTM is the most effective exfoliant available. Of all the alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), glycolics have the smallest molecules for greater skin penetration. It is partially neutralized, the benefits being the combination of high delivery of effective product with minimal irritation, as well as duration so extended that skin receives a secondary glycolic effect.

GLX TechnologyTM also contains natural antioxidants that help protect skin from the harmful effects of environmental stressors. Without protection from topical antioxidants, free radicals attack and prematurely age the skin.

Fused together, the glycolic compound and natural antioxidants in GLX TechnologyTM help stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and epidermal growth factor in the skin. All of these are essential to the integrity and health of skin.
